What is an Analysis?

An analysis is how we understand a problem before we act on it. It answers the question: "What is really going on, and why?" — not "What should we do about it?"

Our guiding principle:

We don't take action without a diagnosis. We don't make a diagnosis without gathering context.

When Do We Open an Analysis?

We open an analysis when a pattern emerges from our observations that requires understanding the root cause — before deciding on any action.

Common triggers:

Practical gut-check: When you catch yourself thinking "this isn't the first time I've heard this — there's something deeper here" — that's the moment to stop and understand the cause before acting.
