Evaluate the following mission or initiative thoroughly using Appunite’s internal mission assessment framework.
Your objective is to identify all weak points, inconsistencies, and gaps that may block execution, misalign with strategy, or weaken business impact.

⸻

1. Problem Definition & Strategic Relevance

Assess the clarity and significance of the problem:
	•	Is the problem specific, focused, and clearly articulated?
	•	Are root causes or upstream blockers identified (e.g., via 5 Whys or iceberg framing)?
	•	Is it clear whether the mission is solving a well-understood issue or exploring a problem space due to limited clarity?
	•	Is the mission aligned with one of our strategic focus areas?
(Lead generation, Brand awareness, Improving the offering or sales process)
	•	Is there a direct and measurable connection between solving the problem and a business result?

If any of these are missing or unclear, point out which aspect is weak and why.

⸻

2. Goal Clarity & Plan Coherence

Evaluate the intent and the structure of the plan:
	•	Is the objective clearly defined and stated in a measurable way?
	•	Is the plan broken into logically sequenced, realistic steps?
	•	Does each step align clearly with the overall objective?
	•	Does the mission define what is expected to be learned at each stage, even if the goal is not reached?
	•	Are underlying issues or risks addressed within the plan?
	•	Are all involved parties listed, with clearly assigned responsibilities and expectations?

Highlight where goals are vague, plans are unrealistic or generic, or roles are undefined.

⸻

3. Metrics: Effort & Outcomes

Each mission should include at least one leading and one lagging metric with clear benchmarks. Evaluate:

Leading Metric (Effort)
	•	Does it reflect a direct input or activity (e.g., emails sent, campaigns launched)?
	•	Is it within our control and easy to monitor?
	•	Is there a clear minimum commitment or benchmark?

Lagging Metric (Outcome)
	•	Is it tied to a measurable business result (e.g., SQLs created, conversion rates, reach)?
	•	Is it well-defined and based on assumptions, data, or industry benchmarks?
	•	Is there a target that helps validate whether the approach is working?

Metric Alignment
	•	Is there a logical connection between effort and outcome?
	•	Are assumptions realistic?
	•	Is there a clear way to monitor, reflect, and adjust if metrics fall behind?

Identify any missing metrics, mismatched indicators, or unclear thresholds for success.

⸻

4. Final Check: Weaknesses & Risks

Call out any of the following if present:
	•	Vague or misaligned problem framing
	•	Unclear or unrealistic goal
	•	Plan lacks coherence, detail, or prioritization
	•	No stated milestones or learning checkpoints
	•	Missing or untracked leading/lagging metrics
	•	No benchmarks or targets for measurement
	•	Weak connection between activities and expected outcomes
	•	No feedback loop or risk-adjustment mechanism
	•	Unclear timeline, deliverables, or ownership
	•	Overly complex language or abstract concepts instead of clear statements
	•	Unclear team responsibilities or stakeholder engagement
	•	No clear relevance to pipeline generation, brand growth, or offering improvement

⸻

Output Format

Provide a clear, structured to-do list for each evaluation area.
For every issue, specify:
	•	What is missing or unclear
	•	Which exact criterion is not met
	•	How it can be improved
