We may do a good job. We may even do a great job. That’s a high chance for success.

However, without a relationship with the client, it may not be enough to achieve the desired success. What’s more - without a relationship, when hard times come it’s much more difficult to play together like partners and commonly seek problem solutions.

Assuming that we know what are the client's needs and problems ( Alignment with AppUnite/Client) and we address them (well), we need to make sure that we communicate that well as well as communicate our challenges well. In other words - we need to trust the client and let the client trust us.

What could be the traits of trust?

This could vary a bit for some clients and some teams, the key is to feel what it means ‘to trust’ for the client and you.
