The value stream starts on our product teams. Everything is created to support our product teams, as this is where we deliver the service.

The product team's goal is to ensure the client’s success and strengthen our partnership. We build trust by solving our client's problems effectively, and our relationship grows as we solve more important issues for them.

The Client Success team ensures that we deeply understand the client's goals and we can translate them into expectations. They allow us to understand the client business — the market, the trends, the constraints, and, most importantly, the why behind our work. They hold our team accountable for the results that we promised our client.

The People team ensures that we deeply understand the employee’s goals and we can translate them into expectations.

The Service Delivery team ensures that we deliver quality service for our clients. They help teams focus on their purpose, grow leaders, and help teams be capable of solving bigger problems for our clients. The team focuses on continuous improvement across all aspects of our service.

The Heads team works on the environment by leading changes that enable people to serve our clients better and implement our vision faster. They are responsible for strategic thinking and leading incentives that work on our business and the environment to make our vision implemented faster.
