We want your first week—and the entire onboarding process—to be a positive experience. We know starting at a new company can feel overwhelming, so our goal is to help you feel comfortable and confident as quickly as possible.
From day one, every new Appuniter is made to feel welcome and supported. You’ll have direct contact with our payroll specialist for any questions, your recruiter, and a dedicated People team member who guides you through the process and sets up your schedule.
During onboarding, you’ll meet your Buddy, the People Team, and your Team Leader. You’ll also have a special session with our CEO, Karol, who will share insights about our mission, vision, and strategy. One thing’s for sure—you’ll be busy, inspired, and well-supported every step of the way!

Buddy – will guide you through your first weeks at Appunite, introduce you to the project, and help you get to know the team. Your Buddy will be your go-to support and first point of contact for any questions or challenges.
Team Leader – will support you not only in your teamwork but also in your personal development. Feel free to reach out anytime you’d like to talk, share feedback, or discuss any issues that come up.
People Team – is here for you throughout your entire journey at Appunite. Whenever you need support, guidance, or have any questions—don’t hesitate to contact us.
Karol, our CEO – will walk you through Appunite’s strategy and share more about the company’s mission and vision.
Throughout your onboarding, you’ll have access to a dedicated handbook with a checklist and all the essential information to make each day easier and help you settle in smoothly. You’ll also have check-in meetings with the People Team after your first month and again after three months, giving you the chance to share feedback so we can see how you’re feeling and ensure you’re settling in well.
