Leaders may change a struggling team into a high-performing one, a poor relationship with a client into a deep partnership, etc… These changes cannot take place without a committed team. We need leaders who want to change things and want to inspire other people to be a part of these changes.
The purpose of expectations is to be clear about the mission of leadership and why we need it at AppUnite. It’s not about the way you want to implement it or enforcing some ‘style’ of leadership, etc… We aim for having a clear situation where calling yourself a leader means the same (on a mission level) to ****you ****and to AppUnite.
